STATION DESIGN / BUILD
Designing a CNG station is a very specialized field.  Most companies who are thinking of adding a CNG station don't have the engineering expertise on staff to design one themselves, and contracting with an engineer to design a facility can be an expensive option.

Trillium offers an integrated suite of design and construction services.  To begin a project, we rely on input from the user to design station capacity, equipment, and the site layout. With some basic fleet information, Trillium will handle all aspects of the design, including preparing drawings, obtaining permits, interfacing with the gas and electric utilities, coordinating new utility service where necessary, and as-built stamped drawings.

Although Trillium is a Class A licensed construction contractor, we usually work with local construction companies to handle most of the on-site work. Our projects are supervised by a team of professionals with years of experience handling high pressure construction. All of our projects have finished on time or early and within budget.

ONGOING OPERATION
Trillium has a team of experienced and trained technicians and managers to oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of your CNG station. Our typical services include preventative, remedial and emergency maintenance. Under a partnership type arrangement, all of these services are included for the life of the contract, with no additional charges for late night call outs or unexpected repairs.

Our record for uninterrupted station operation and performance reliability is unrivalled by any other CNG service company because we offer exceptional service both on-site and at our headquarters where our 24/7 staff is always monitoring each site to ensure the highest level of production.

We also keep a stock of commonly used spare parts on hand, and those with a long lead time as well.  This allows us to complete repairs right away.

FINANCING
Paying for the fueling infrastructure can be handled in a variety of ways.  Some customers have a designated portion of their capital budget to pay for infrastructure, and choose to pay progress payments over the course of the design/build portion of the contract.  Other customers prefer to pay over time.  This can be done via a municipal lease, for those who qualify, or through bank or Trillium financing.  Capital payments can be included as a per gallon charge for fuel, or they can be a flat monthly amount.

In some cases, a customer might choose to not even own the equipment.  Trillium can own and operate a station in return for a long term purchase commitment.

Finally, it's important to note that there are many government grant programs and tax incentives that can offset the cost of installing a station.  Trillium can help you identify and apply for grant money to reduce the cost of your CNG program.
