If you've never fueled with CNG before, read the instructions below to help you prepare for what you'll find at the station.  If you have questions at the pump, you can call us at 800.920.1166 for live help 24 hours a day.  We're also happy to schedule an appointment to conduct on-site training for you with our technicians.   [ view printable version ]

1. Choose the right hose for your vehicle. Each hose fills to a different pressure. Yellow nozzles are for 3600psi vessels, blue nozzles are for 3000psi vessels. A hose that dipenses at a higher pressure than your tank is rated for will not fit on your connector.
2. Connect the hose to your vehicle by pushing the nozzle onto the connector. The valve on the hose must be turned to VENT in order to connect.
3. Insert your payment card or key in the reader and follow the screen prompts to authorize the hose.
4. Lift the red handle on the dispenser.
5. Turn the valve on the hose to FILL. You will hear the gas begin to flow through the hose.
6. While you fill, the flow of gas will stop at times while the system takes a reading of the pressure in your tank.
7. After you see no flow on the dispenser for 15 seconds, or when the gauge on your tank indicates the proper pressure, the fill is complete.
8. Turn the valve back to VENT.
9. To disconnect the nozzle, pull the sleeve on the nozzle back and pull.
